The story behind ForzaFalco
I first started playing football at the age of 4. My first team was a local side in Norway called Sandar IL, where I spent 6 years before moving to the USA. There I began playing for Carolina Rapids, a partner club of MLS side Colorado Rapids. During my time there I was scouted by U.S. Soccer and invited to train at the U.S. Soccer Talent ID Center, a player pool connected to the U.S. Youth National Team.

After 2 years in the USA I moved to England at the age of 13, where I started playing for Bournemouth Electric. During this time I was scouted by The Academy Development Center in Bournemouth and invited to St. George’s Park, the training ground of the England national team, where I trained with youth national team coaches and players.

At 14 I moved to Sweden, where my career continued at Helsingborgs IF. It was there I received the majority of my football education and first experienced the intensity, standards and demands of elite academy football. One of my best memories was winning the U15 Swedish Championship and being crowned the best team in Sweden. I spent 6 years at Helsingborgs IF.

I then stepped into senior football with Höganäs BK in Division 2 Sweden before later signing for KSF Prespa Birlik in the same division. During this period I also began coaching at World Elite Academy in Helsingborg, where I had the opportunity to work alongside and learn from Fahrudin and Eldin Karisik, both former Allsvenskan players.

After Prespa Birlik I had a trial with Ängelholms IF in Swedish Division 1, but things ultimately did not work out the way I hoped. Shortly after, football took me in a different direction and I moved to Spain, which eventually led to the start of ForzaFalco Academy.

Since moving to Spain, I've also returned to playing after stepping away from football for several years. I currently play for CF Alfaz del Pi while also coaching within the club's youth setup.

Experiencing football environments across Norway, the USA, England, Sweden and Spain shaped how I see player development today.
Philosophy
Across different countries and football environments, one lesson remained constant:

As the level increases, players are required to process information, make decisions and execute actions at greater speed and under greater pressure.
​
The biggest difference is rarely technical ability alone. It is the ability to recognise situations, interpret information and find effective solutions while the game continues to move around you.

ForzaFalco Academy is built around creating realistic football situations that challenge those abilities.
​
Training is designed around the pictures players encounter in matches; receiving under pressure, creating separation, combining with teammates, attacking space and finishing actions.
​
The objective is not to provide players with predetermined solutions, but to create environments where they learn to recognise situations, interpret them and find effective football solutions themselves.
​
Every player is different and the game rarely presents the same picture twice. For that reason, training should not only develop technical ability, but also decision-making, adaptability and confidence under pressure.
​
The goal is not to rush development, but to progressively prepare players for the demands of higher-level football through environments that reflect the reality of the game.
